"I am grateful for this Company and for their service people. They rescued a Viking fridge that I was told was a lost cause by over 3 people from different companies and was in the process of buying a replacement before I decided to make one more attempt at a 'second' opinion. Yuriy came in assessed the situation and fixed the problem at such a lower cost then all the other people were giving me (they were misdiagnosing the issue). My fridge has been working now for over 6 months.__I used them a second time this week to fix a Viking oven hood issue. Yuriy came in again and fixed it all quickly and efficiently.__Grateful!"

"Yuriy was my service technician. He was excellent and answered all of my concerns and questions. He came out for my dishwasher and I asked him a question about my refrigerator/freezer and he took care of that as well. He even got on his hands and knees and cleaned up old chocolate from ice cream that I didn't even know I had. I would highly recommend Yuriy and Airflow whenever I need service on my Viking appliances. I rate them a 10 +"
