"Yuriy was my service technician. He was excellent and answered all of my concerns and questions. He came out for my dishwasher and I asked him a question about my refrigerator/freezer and he took care of that as well. He even got on his hands and knees and cleaned up old chocolate from ice cream that I didn't even know I had. I would highly recommend Yuriy and Airflow whenever I need service on my Viking appliances. I rate them a 10 +"

"Great Company! Very easy to work with. Viking actually referred me to them after I called and said I’m having some issues with some older Viking appliances I have. From the customer service of their scheduling department to the actual repair itself, it’s exactly how you’d hope an authorized repair service would operate for a brand of this magnitude. I didn’t have much hope for my Viking Microwave and stove since they’re a little bit on the older side (about 15 years old), but after their visit these bad boys are working as good as new! Would definitely recommend this Company to anyone."

"Amazing company. Our warranty was suppose to cover but unfortunately we had to pay, and the technician wouldn't come out day of. We had to wait 3 days, so we decided to go with viking and they were so responsive and honestly by far the best customer service I have had. I would highly recommend this company to anyone."
