"First and foremost,_There is absolutely no other company I would use for my Viking appliances when they’re in need of repair. All of the technicians I’ve had were extremely knowledgeable and informative when they serviced my appliances and made it easy for me to understand what needs to be done to fix the problem and the best way to go about it. Even their office staff are very pleasant and personable and seem to go out of their way to help you out and make everything as convenient as possible for you. Not always fun when your Refrigerator stops cooling but fortunately for us these guys are always here to save day."

"It's been a pleasure to work with this company, I have a Viking professional Range with right oven not heating properly. I called this company they were very sufficient with scheduling an appointment and very professional in diagnosing the problem along with repairing the oven. I am very pleased with the staff who booked the appointment along with the technician who came out."

"First and foremost I have to say they have a very professional staff along with technicians, even under the worst circumstances we face with our high end appliances Airflo always comes to the rescue, it is very frustrating at times when we have to repair these expensive appliances we own however they are the only people I will trust with my appliances. I will defiantly recommend anyone who owns Viking appliances to call them up for any service you need."
