"Our Viking oven recently stopped working and AirFlo worked with us to address the issue, replace the faulty parts, and get it back into operation. Vitaly from the team was diligent, communicative, and professional.__I always prefer to repair broken appliances before assuming they need to be fully replaced and AirFlo was a sound, fair, and reliable option for what we needed. Our oven is now back up and running and we made a cake last night--all is well with the world!"

"We were experiencing major issue with our life maker and after trying different technicians, we finally called AirFlo. This was our best decision because the technician was able to diagnose the issue very promptly, ordered all the necessary parts, and continuously followed up with us until the parts arrived. From our customer services representative Lust to the technician Kirill, we are so grateful to the team for finally fixing the problem. The last two technicians that came to help had no real understanding of the issue. With three kids and many bottles of water to fill especially orally suing the summer, we were so frustrated that our super expensive Sub-Zero was not working adequately. Huge gratitude to Lusy and Kirill for working with us to once and for all resolve the problem, just in time to have plenty of ice as we deal with the heatwave."

"Air Flow responded to correct a repair that another company failed to fix. Logan arrived early and within minutes identified the cause. He worked efficiently and was polite throughout the time he was here. The oven now works perfectly! We are very pleased with his service and our experience with Air Flow."
